Call Center - Outbound Sales
Crescent Credit Union is looking to hire an outstanding sales person to work in our Outbound Sales Call Center. This is a full-time position, with some evenings required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating new accounts and services through outbound telephone calls regarding all types of deposit and loan accounts.
- Ensuring effective communication with members by utilizing superior verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
- Cross-selling credit union products and services to members.
- Attaining personal sales goals and contributing to departmental sales goals.
- Providing superior service by maintaining a detailed knowledge of all credit union products and services, their related maintenance issues, and their related policy, procedure, and regulatory aspects.
- Additional duties as necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent required. The ideal candidate will have an existing knowledge of bank/credit union products and services. Prior sales/telemarketing experience preferred. Multilingual a plus.

Collector
Crescent Credit Union has a career opportunity for an experienced Collector at its corporate headquarters in Brockton. This is a part time position, 32 hours with benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing collection activities with various delinquent loan accounts.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 1-3 years collections experience at a financial institution is preferred. Ability to utilize effective human relations skills and various forms of persuasion. Determined reasons for delinquencies, minimizes losses, and works toward permanent solutions.
